Fluo Grand Est is the transport service of the Grand Est Region.
Come on, I'll take you... by train, regular coach or school bus!
The Grand Est region is responsible for organising regional passenger transport. In this capacity, it sets fares across the entire network, services, quality of service and information for users.
Since 1 January 2017, following the NOTRe law (New Territorial Organisation of the Republic), the complete management of intercity and school road transport was transferred from the Departments to the Regions.
Since 2019, the Grand Est Region has combined all its transport networks under a single name: Fluo Grand Est, for a unified and simpler service.
The Fluo internet portal provides access to all information on the Fluo Grand Est regional transport network and is also the entry point for registering for school transport provided by the Grand Est Region.
Come on, I'll take you... throughout the Grand Est!
Fluo is also a travel assistant, which helps you plan daily or one-off trips throughout the Grand Est: timetables and route calculations in real time, disruptions, practical information… Fluo has all the information you need to organise your travel!
Available on this internet portal and on the Fluo app (IOS and Android)
Fluo Grand Est addresses the Region’s aim to offer a more efficient and user-friendly service to users. It was developed by the Grand Est Region with the support of the 40 transport authorities in their territorial jurisdiction, which provide data and useful information on all transport in real time, and co-fund the trip planner.
Fluo centralises information on the passenger transport offer organised by the Grand Est Region: regional rail transport, intercity road transport, and school transport. Fluo calculates all your door-to-door routes in the Grand Est region and surrounding areas (including Île-de-France and neighbouring countries), by combining all available modes of transport: regional and urban public transport, bicycle, carpooling, car sharing, private vehicle, etc.
This daily travel assistant is offered by the Grand Est Region and co-financed by the European Union with the European Regional Development Fund.
