Station assistant, a service that makes train travel easier for people with disabilities and reduced mobility.

At the departure station, this service allows you to be accompanied from the “Disabled Traveller Assistance” reception point to your seat on the train. When you arrive at your destination, you will be accompanied from your seat on the train to the station exit, your seat on the connecting train, the station taxi rank or any other location of your choice in the station.

Report an accessibility issue on the Fluo Grand Est network

Any person with reduced mobility may contact the Grand Est Region to report an obstacle to free movement on public rail and road transport networks falling within the competence of the public transport organising authority which has been conferred on it, pursuant to the provisions of Article L 1112-7 of the Transport Code which stipulate that: “The public transport organising authority shall establish a reporting procedure concerning obstacles to the free movement of persons with reduced mobility”.
